Suitable for complete beginners. 

Course A:  Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm.

Course B: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm.

Course C: Saturdays 3:00-4:00pm and Sundays 1:15-2:15pm.

 

Train twice a week and learn a new skill, improve or obtain a high level of fitness, gain confidence, and enjoy the experience  

  • Foundation in boxing 

  • Basic Guard, footwork, strikes and defense techniques

  • Partner drill work, distance, timing, accuracy 

  • Correct execution and defence of strikes

  • Pad work, bag work sessions, Skipping 

  • How to put hand wraps on correctly 

  • Light controlled supervised and controlled spar

  • Fitness, strength and conditioning, building aerobic, anaerobic fitness.

  • Core strength, flexibility coordination etc

  • Healthy lifestyle guidelines including nutrition, positive mental outlook etc.
