12 WEEK BOXING BOOTCAMP

Suitable for complete beginners.
Course A: Commencing 9th of March, Classes will run Mon and Wed 6:30-7:30pm.
Course B: Commencing 10th March, Classes will run Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm.
Course C: Commencing 14th March, Classes will run Saturday 12:00 - 1:30pm and Sunday 1:30-3:00pm.
Train twice a week and learn a new skill, improve or obtain a high level of fitness, gain confidence, and enjoy the experience

Foundation in boxing
Basic Guard, footwork, strikes and defense techniques
Partner drill work, distance, timing, accuracy
Correct execution and defence of strikes
Pad work, bag work sessions, Skipping
How to put hand wraps on correctly
Light controlled supervised and controlled spar
Fitness, strength and conditioning, building aerobic, anaerobic fitness.
Core strength, flexibility coordination etc
Healthy lifestyle guidelines including nutrition, positive mental outlook etc.
Professional boxing coaches (experienced, qualified, friendly) will take you through this 12 week boot camp.
