As an ex-olympic weightlifter turned boxer, I specialise in strength and conditioning for combat athletes.


My coaching style is tailored very specifically to the individual. Whether you are a high level athlete or someone just looking to get stronger and increase your athletic performance I will meet your goals. 


I aim to make training as concise as possible. I don't belive in over-complicating things. There are no gimmicks, there is no fancy equipment, there is just the fundamentals.


Compound movement, speed work, explosive work, rehabilitation work, olympic lifting, calisthenics work - I put it all put together to build stronger athletes.
